AFFORDABLE KRUGER PARK SAFARI
Combining the Klaseire and Sabi Sand Private Game reserves, this six night Affordable Kruger Park Safari visits two lovely lodges. Game viewing is outstanding on this safari, with regular leopard and lion sightings, elephants, rhino and more. Both the Klaserie and the Sabi Sand have dropped fences with their neighbours, the Kruger National Park and other private reserves, allowing greater freedom of movement for animals. The northern reserves allow you to spend longer watching the animals and often have large herds of buffalo and elephants, along with other game.

Day by Day itinerary
Days 01 to 04 – Xanatseni Private Camp
You will fly from Johannesburg by a scheduled flight to the Hoedspruit Airport where a transfer will whisk you into the bush. Xanatseni Private Camp is located in the game-rich Klaserie Private Nature Reserve where the terrain is diverse and the game viewing is excellent. There are not that many lodges in this area so you will not see many other tourists. See large herds of buffalo and elephant, wild dogs and hyenas, lions and more.
Xanatseni Private Camp is a beautiful authentic safari camp nestled under towering thorn trees amid manicured gardens. A well-appointed lounge area offers quiet nooks to relax in, the large pool is inviting on hot summer days and the boma area is the place to be in the evening around the fire. Each luxury chalet is under thatch, has a spacious full bathroom and overlooks the grounds. Game drives are conducted by experienced guides, in search of the Big 5, cheetah and more. The management team ensure you have a stellar safari experience during your 3 nights at Xanatseni.
Days 04 to 07 – Elephant Plains Game Lodge
After your morning activity and brunch, you will be collected and transferred by road to the northern Sabi Sand. This drive takes about 2.5hrs.
Sabi Sand was one of the first areas to be set aside for conservation and now boasts some of the best game viewing in Africa. Leopards are regularly spotted here as are lions, wild dogs and more.
Elephant Plains is an inviting safari lodge that offers an outstanding safari experience in the heart of this area. Twice daily game drives are conducted by experienced guides. S
pend 3 nights in a standard room at Elephant Plains Game Lodge, one of the most popular lodges in the world-famous Sabi Sand. The rondavels, or standard rooms, at Elephant Plains, offer comfortable, old bushveld charming rooms under thatch. Each room has a sitting area, is en suite and is set in the pretty gardens. An upgrade is available to the luxury suites which are larger, with an outside shower and large deck overlooking the surrounding bush.
At the end of your Affordable Kruger Park Safari, you will be transferred back to Hoedspruit Airport for your scheduled flight back to Johannesburg.
