AFFORDABLE OKAVANGO DELTA SAFARI
This six-night Affordable Botswana Safari showcases the beauty and diversity of the Okavango Delta, staying in two distinct regions. It’s designed for those who want to step away from the modern world and immerse themselves completely in the wilderness. The camps are solar-powered, without Wi-Fi, and focused on authentic, eco-conscious experiences that connect you to nature.
Your journey begins on Chief’s Island at Oddballs Enclave, in the southwestern Delta, an area famous for its thriving wildlife, vast floodplains, and exceptional birdlife. Explore on foot with experienced guides or by mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) when the waters are high.
From there, you’ll fly northeast to the Khwai Community Concession, where the floodplains, riverine forests, and open woodlands provide a stunning backdrop for your stay at Mma Tsebe. Spend your days exploring this wildlife-rich area on game drives, mokoro outings, and guided walks, discovering why Khwai is one of Botswana’s most rewarding and scenic safari regions.
Affordable Okavango Delta Safari rates 2025
This trip starts and ends in the town of Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. The rate is per person sharing and includes 6 nights accommodation, all meals, all game activities (water level permitting), all local drinks and park fees. This trip can start or end in Kasane, making Victoria Falls a perfect extension.
A note about water levels in the Okavango Delta – The main water source for the waterways and lagoons of the Okavango Delta comes from the Angolan highlands. This flood water starts arriving in the main Delta area from April or May. Parts of the Delta will dry up, making water activities impossible. It does however create an incredible game watching opportunity. This safari is outstanding throughout the year.
