Wonderful Kruger Walking Safari Review
Birgitte and Jan spent a few nights at Rhino Walking Safaris, located on a private concession within the Kruger National Park. They stayed at Plains Camp, and their days were spent on twice daily walks with the odd game drive as well.

Hi Michelle,
Thanks a lot! We had an amazing time in SA, not least at Plains Camp. It’s a magnificent place, and the staff really did a great job.
In spite of the heat and long grass we saw plenty of game; lots of ellies with tiny babies, buffalo close up on a walk, and when we were up North we followed six female lions one early morning for over an hour, and saw them go for a flock of impala and a jackal – without any luck, though. Amazing.
Last minute we decided to do the morning game drive there and take the Paul Kruger gate, which turned out to be good, as the Orpen gate gravel road was in really bad condition after the rains, and our rental wouldn’t have survived that
A few photos attached. Thanks for assisting – we will definitely go back to Rhino’s and let you know!
Med venlig hilsen/Kind regards,
Birgitte
